Vasso Giatsidou

Vasiliki is an Agronomist MSc. with an expertise in Urban Agriculture. 

She speaks publicly about Agroecology, Mindful Eating, Ecogastronomy and Responsible Consumption.
Recently, she created the Mindful Eating Hellas initiative with the aim of inspiring adults and children to create their own Food Revolution.
She has participated in several European projects as well as in the focus group of the Greek Independent Dialogue in the context of the UN Summit on Food Systems (2021).
She is a member of the Agroecological Network of Greece, writes articles about food culture in digital mass media and collaborates professionally with the team of the Open Farm Network in Greece.
In her spare time she is a mountaineer and discovers unique culinary destinations in Greece and abroad.
