The eClass HERISCOUT is a Distance and eLearningCourse, especially designed to meet needs and requirements with the framework of the BLACK SEA CBC JOP Project ALECTOR (2.1.2.73296.282 MIS ECT 2617) (1.184.327,01EUR), and create a space, where learning becomes an easy task, a quick to complete procedure, e.g. an enjoyable experience with effective, permanent results. Assisting the presentation of information in a manner that encourages learner activities, the Curriculum optimizes understanding and the further development of long-term memory input. 

The e-Platform operates on Moodle. HERISCOUT has offered an EQF Level 07 Certification to 50 participants who have attended the onsite Course and have submitted their final dissertations.
