The SEE/B/0016/4.3/XSAGITTARIUS “Launching (g)local level heritage entrepreneurship: strategies andtools to unite forces, safeguard the place, mobilize cultural values, deliverthe experience” has lasted from 01.03.2011 to 31.08.2014. Under the umbrella of theSEE/B/0016/4.3/X Project SAGITTARIUS a new cultural heritage infrastructure hasbeen introduced in South East Europe. 

The innovation aim is to facilitatecognitive-emotional experiences in cultural heritage environments byeffectively communicating cultural values to non-captives audiences.

 A3-component Roving Museum is operated in seven countries (GR, BG, HR, HU, IT,RO). The Roving Museum adapts to visitor needs in a constantly changingknowledge ecosystem implementing new ways of recreational learning and visitorsatisfaction. It includes a QRC-driven portable exhibition with 110 culturalheritage narratives, accessible via QRCs in the territory, an app for iOS andAndroid, and a social media driven participatory space, to support contextualco-creation and participatory learning.
