Photini Papahatzi, MA

Cultural manager, educator and artist

Photini Papahatzi is a cultural manager, certified non-formal learning adult trainer and visual artist. She is a member of the Bosch Alumni Network, a Tandem-Turkey recipient (2015) and a participant of START Create Cultural Change program (2016). She designs and implements educational and socio-cultural projects based in the periphery of Greece since 2007 in collaboration with various organizations such as CulturePolis (2007-2016), Photometria International Photography Festival since 2013, Preveza Jazz Festival since 2018, Amaka for ArtEmergency photography workshops in refugee camps in Epirus (2016), the Hellenic Refugee Forum, Arsis NGO and Artifactory in which she is a founding member. She has organized and participated in photography exhibitions in NY, Cuba, UK, Germany, Greece, FYROM, Russia and Kroatia.Her works are held in private collections in Greece and abroad. 

Photini holds a Master in Arts Management from City University of London (2001) and a degree on EuropeanCivilization from the Open University (2016). She studied fashion design,computer graphics, photography, video editing and documentary filmmaking. 

She is a member of the Chamber of Fine Arts of Greece. She is a YouthPass holder.
