HYDRORIZONS II “Jewelry in Stone”  is a Supply Side Destination Information and Marketing System in the prefecture of Ioannina, Greece funded by C.I.P Leader+ 2000-2006 in support of the tourism stakeholders of the Tzoumerka Region in the prefecture of Ioannina in Greece. A collaborative tourism business cluster has been developed though dynamic bottom up procedures, led by self-governance modalities.
